Which Yoga videos is right for you?

If you plan to do your Yoga exercises at home, versus going to a health club or yoga studio, then you are more than likely going to want an pick up a good Yoga video for your workouts.  Yoga videos are not only a good idea but really are necessary for those of you that are just starting out.  It is important to correctly learn the basics to Yoga so that you do not risk yourself of injury.

If you are just starting out with Yoga then it is extremely important that you perform the exercises at your own pace.  You do not want to force any of the moves during the workout or otherwise you could increase your risk of injury.  Some movements are going to be difficult to do at a novice level so you may want to consider additional tools to help you along.  A lot of the beginner Yoga starter kits come with Styrofoam blocks and straps.  The Styrofoam blocks are great tools to assist you with a pose that you may be struggling with and the straps will help you during your stretches.   If you did not purchase a beginner starter kit you can always purchase these items separately or use items around the house as a substitute.

Yoga videos will not only help you with the right positioning for poses but they will also teach you the proper breathing techniques during the exercise.  Breathing is essential to Yoga and it is important that you fully understand all the fundamentals to fully benefit from the exercise.

Here is a list of a few recommended Yoga videos reviews for you:
