Weslo Cadence 25 Review

Product description:

The Weslo Cadence 25 treadmill improves on the Weslo Cardio Stride Plus and the  Weslo Cadence 55 Treadmills  with a more powerful motor and larger walking surface.  The size of the motor increases to 2.45 HP with the walking surface improving to 16" by 48".  The Cadence 25 also comes with a better warranty over its predecessors making it a better buy over the Cardio Stride Plus and Cadence 55 treadmill models.

Product review:

If you have read any of our other Weslo treadmill reviews then we probably sound like a broken record here.  Again, after looking at the reviews for the Weslo Cadence 25 we still believe you would be better off passing on this brand and starting your search for a "budget" treadmill with the ProForm line.  However the  Weslo Cadence 25 is a much better machine than that previous models.  The walking surface improves with the 16" by 48" treadmill belt.  The belt still is too small for anyone that plans to do a lot of running or taller than average in height.

The product specifications have improved with the motor adding additional horsepower coming in at 2.25 HP.  The maximum user support weight still remains the same at 250 pounds.  However this still is a cheap treadmill and in the long run will most likely cost you time and money to keep running.  For anyone that just is not able to spend more than the mid $300's for a treadmill, this will be a better choice for you over the Cardio Stride Plus and Cadence 55 models.  This treadmill is better than nothing but at the same time if you can afford a better machine then by all means spend a little more for a ProForm.

Warranty Information

2-year motor warranty and 90 parts and labor.
