So what is the verdict on this thing?  Is it any good?

Most of the reviews for the Urban Rebounder are very good.  There are a few people that do not like it, as with anything in life, but for the most part the majority of the reviewers felt that Rebounder is a great product.  The most convincing part of the reviews is the quality of the trampoline.  The reviewers really like the fact that the trampoline is made with a heavy-grade all-steel frame.  If there was one complaint that stood out amongst the reviews is was that some of the videos had quality issues (actual product issues, not the exercises shown on the videos).  Other than that the majority of the reviewers were happy with their purchase.
