The Firm Wave ReviewDoes the Firm Wave work?
The Firm Wave Reviews Product description The Firm Wave offers a unique approach to working out unlike anything that we have ever seen. It is similar to a step aerobics workout but with a Jekyll and Hyde twist. One side of the Wave acts as a stable stepper while the other side transforms into a wild rocker. The Wave is one of the newest product offering by the already successful and widely popular The Firm fitness studio. The Firm was established in Southern California back in 1979. They are mostly known for their cardio workout videos and have sold over 10 million workouts to date. What is included with the Firm Wave? The Wave comes with 4 DVD’s that include over 100 different exercises. A brief description of the DVD’s is broken down below.
Also included is the Wave Mat (used for additional stability), the “Success Guide Book”, the ‘Wave Learn the Moves Wall Chart” (shows the basic stances and moves used for over 100 exercises) and a 30 day free VIP access pass to the Firm Believers Club (offers daily online coaching, meal plans and more). Product Review The problem with doing the same workout day in and day out is that over time the workouts can become monotonous and boring. The Firm Wave mixes up things by creating a unique and fun workout that is a combination of both cardio and strength training. The majority of the reviews that we have seen for this product are very positive. However it is important to note that the exerciser is challenging and will take some time to adapt to. The reason why we point this out is that there are a few negative reviews out there that appear to stem from individuals having a difficult time using the product. In our opinion, one of the key benefits for the exerciser is that it is challenging. Most of the workouts on the Wave rely on your ability to balance on the exerciser. Balance is something that is awkward at first for most people. However, with hard work and determination the ability to gain balance can be achieved by almost everyone. The real benefit of incorporating balance into a workout regime is that it forces you to use the smaller stabilizing muscles that in most traditional workouts would not be used. Once you strengthen and develop these muscles your ability to balance on the exerciser should no longer be an issue. Now with all that being said, you do not want an exercise equipment that is so difficult to use that you will never be able to conquer it. On the flip side of that you do not want your workouts to be so easy that they do not force you to push yourself. From the reviews that we have seen you should be able to effectively use this exerciser in a reasonable amount of time. Again it comes down to how long it takes you to strengthen your stabilizing muscles. We also need to point out that the Firm Wave is not a miracle pill and the results will not happen overnight. This is the case for any exercise program or machine that you use. The product’s infomercial and advertisements claim that you can see results in a little as 10 workouts. We believe this to be an achievable expectation if you add the workouts in with a sensible diet. Some people may see dramatic results even without a diet but for most of us a diet is essential for the best gains. After 10 workouts you should see yourself progressing toward your goals. Add the Wave workouts to an existing exercise program and you will most likely see even greater results.
