The F63 treadmill comes with a lifetime warranty on the motor and frame and includes a 3-year warranty on all parts and electronics.  The F63 treadmill also includes a 1-year labor warranty.
 

Conclusion

The reviews for the Sole F63 treadmill are very positive and for the price bracket this is a very durable machine.  The treadmill is still underpowered for heavy runners and ideally designed for those that plan to use it for walking.  Anyone that is a runner will need to consider a treadmill that starts at the $1,500 on up price range.

The Sole F63 is probably most compared with the Smooth 5.45 treadmill.  Both treadmills compare quite well against each other with there not being a whole lot of differences between the two machines.  The motor and treadmill belt length are the same power size on both the F63 and 5.45 treadmills.  The Sole F63 however is a heavier machine and is able to support a higher maximum user weight.  The warranties are great also on both treadmills but the Smooth 5.45 does edge out the F63 with a slightly better warranty. 

Overall it is a toss up between the two models with the 5.45 slightly passing up the F63 with the better warranty and quieter treadmill motor.  However, F63 is still a great machine and one well worth considering.
