Sole Elliptical Review

Are the Sole Fitness ellipticals any good?

About Sole Ellipticals

Sole Fitness over the years has developed an impressive reputation from their established treadmill line.  They are primarily known for manufacturing a very durable and high quality treadmill for a reasonable price.  Their treadmills are so popular that they have been exclusively used in Hilton and Omni Hotels fitness centers.

Sole has recently jumped into the elliptical trainer market and invested the same dedication used to produce their treadmill line into their elliptical brand.  They have put a lot of research into the design of their ellipticals to insure that they produce the smoothest and most natural movement possible.  All of the newer models for the Sole ellipticals come with oversized pedals and a stride length of 20 inches.  This even includes their entry level elliptical which sells for under $1,000.  The stride length on elliptical trainers is important because it is the distance of the feet when the pedals are fully extended.  The larger pedals and stride length allow you to get a full range of motion with the exercise and will also accommodate even the tallest of users.

Research alone is not enough if the quality of the product is sub par.  As seen with their treadmill line, Sole Fitness takes the quality of their elliptical machines seriously.  Their elliptical trainers are built on a sturdy frame and backed by a solid warranty.  Unlike a lot of the competition the lifetime warranty for the frame and above average warranty for the electronics and part prove that Sole Fitness stands behind the products that they produce.

 Sole Warranty

The warranty terms vary from model to model but one consistent feature is that all services for the ellipticals are performed in-home.  The frame also comes with a lifetime warranty on the newer elliptical models.  The only real difference in the warranty is the terms for the electronics, parts and labor.
