with 20 different resistance levels. The different levels of
resistance help to build muscle strength and stamina over the
workout.
About the stride length
The Sole E35 elliptical
trainer comes with a 20" stride length. The stride length is
long enough to accommodate taller users however it may alienate
shorter users with a stride length that is too long for a comfortable use. Also included with this
elliptical are adjustable foot pedals to maximize your comfort during the
workout.
