About the resistance
The Sole E25 uses the ECM Magnetic resistance and comes with 20 different resistance levels. The different levels of resistance help to build muscle strength and stamina over the workout.

About the stride length
The Sole E25 elliptical trainer comes with a 20" stride length. The stride length is long enough to accommodate taller users however it may alienate shorter users with a stride length that is too long for a comfortable use.

About the 10 Workout Programs
The Sole E25 includes 9 built-in standard workout programs such as manual, random, fat burning and one user defined program.

Warranty Information
Sole Fitness offers some of the best warranties available for their exercise equipment and the E25 comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and braking system, 3 years warranty on parts and electronics and a 1 year warranty for labor.

Conclusion
The Sole E25 elliptical trainer is a solid elliptical trainer for under $1000 price range. It is the entry level elliptical in the Sole Fitness "E" series and does come with some nice perks for a budget machine. Most of the reviews from sites like TreadmillDoctor.com and Amazon.com have given this elliptical high ratings. However, there are a few negative reviews regarding some quality issues for some consumers but at the same time there are just as many reviews praising the quality of this machine.

The negative comments we have seen, besides a few customers that had quality issues, were pretty minor. There were a couple complaints about the built-in fan not being that powerful and some customers did not like the looks of the console. On the flip side, most of the positive comments complimented the ellipticals sturdiness and quietness during the workout. The heavy flywheel and sturdy frame are the contributing factors to the sturdiness of this machine and by design should help to produce a better workout.
