Frank Sepe Fitness Disk ReviewIs the Frank Sepe Work Out Disk Any Good?
Product description The Fitness Disk is created by bodybuilder, fitness model and personal trainer Frank Sepe. Frank's Fitness Disk offers a low impact workout that basically mimics a natural twisting motion. By design the disk itself is just a little over 5 inches high with about a 20-1/2 inch diameter. The disk is also durable and will support a maximum user weight up to 300 pounds. It is small, light and compact enough to be used just about anywhere throughout the home. The size and shape of the disk also makes storage an easy task. Product Review What is included? Frank Sepe Fitness Disc The Premier Workout System Includes: - Fitness Disc

There are also quite a few comments about the construction of the fitness disk. Overall the disk is considered to be well constructed; it will need to be to be able to support a maximum weight of 300 pounds. However there are some complaints that the disk is a little noisy during use. The infomercial for the product specifically comments on the quietness of the disk so the complaints could have been from a faulty set. In either case there were several customers that did make comments that the exerciser was a little noisy. Also, several customers on HSN's site have complained that the movement from the exercise hurts their knees. Across the board this does not seem to be the case but if you are already having issues with your knees then you will want to keep this in mind. As with any piece of exercise equipment you should consult with your doctor prior to use. Those with chronic knee or even back pain may find that this is not the right product for them. Keep in mind that depending on your balance and fitness level the exerciser may take some getting used to. Even though the exercise does come with a stabilizer bar to help with the balancing, some of the customer reviews that we have seen complained that the movement was still awkward. Most exercises in the beginning are awkward so don't expect that you will be an expert on this one overnight. Some may be able to jump onto this exerciser and take off with no issues at all, while others will need some time and patience before they really become comfortable with the movement. Overall the Fitness Disk does look like a good piece of exercise equipment. It performs over 100 exercises, is small and lightweight, and with a small learning curve should be easy enough for most people to use. I could see overtime how the exercises could become a little mundane and would not recommend using the Fitness Disk as my sole workout equipment. However, incorporating the Fitness Disk into an existing routine should breathe new life into your existing workout plan. The exerciser is relatively inexpensive and has received a good number of positive customer reviews. Great deals on new and used
