By far Shaun's most challenging workout program is the Insanity package. The Insanity workouts are really geared more towards those that are already in good shape and want to take their physique to the next level. On the other hand, the Rockin' Body workouts take a different approach by creating a workout environment that is not only fun but also not so difficult that it only appeals to a select few. Let’s face it, sometimes working out is a chore and any program that can take the mundane and turn it into entertainment is a program well worth considering.

What is Included?
The Rockin' Body package comes with five different workouts, a quickstart guide, online support and four additional gifts. All of the workouts are under an hour in length (outlined below).

Shaun T Rockin' Body Reviews
The majority of the customer reviews that we have seen for the Rockin' Body workouts are very positive. Most of the reviewers really like the fun and high energy workouts that Shaun T has to offer. The "club like" atmosphere approach of the videos really creates a unique experience compared to the traditional studio workout models.

In quite a few of the reviews the Rockin' Body workout program is also compared against Shaun's Hip Hop Abs. In most cases the reviewers comparing the two programs seem to favor Hip Hop Abs over the Rockin' Body workouts. One reason why some customers preferred the Hip Hop Abs program is because the Rockin' Body workouts came off as more of a dance type of workout. There were also a few complaints about how the instructor went through the workouts in front of a live crowd. However keep in mind that these were the opinions of a select few. It really comes down to personal preference and if you are not that interested in a club type of environment then some of the other workout programs, like Hip Hop Abs, may be a better choice. However, for those that do love to dance the Rockin' Body is a fun alternative to the traditional exercise video.
