Malibu Pilates Review The reviews that we have seen for Malibu Pilates tend to be pretty mixed. Sites like Amazon.com and HSN.com have a wide range of reviews where most of the customer comments fall under the love it or hate it category. The negative reviews really seem to focus on quality issues with the Pilates chair. Some customers complained about having issues with the chair's springs shortly after they received their product. However the quality issues appear to be inconsistent in the reviews since there are also a lot of positive reviews stating that the quality of the chair is fine. Another common complaint amongst many of the negative comments has to do with the price. At around $350 many people felt that that price was a little steep for the workout DVD’s and the Pilates chair. There are comments that the $350 price tag is cheap for a Pilates chair however many of the users have commented how they were able to get a much better deal purchasing their Malibu Pilates package off of sites like eBay. If this is the case, it would explain the irregularity in the quality reviews. Outside quality and price concerns, the Malibu Pilates workouts seem to be well designed. However the marketing claims, as with many infomercial products, do seem a little far fetched. The infomercial states that you can go from "flab to fit" with working out as little as 20 minutes a day for only three times a week. For most people a 20 minutes a day workout for only three days a week is not going to be enough to achieve a lean and fit physique. This doesn't mean that the Malibu Pilates workouts do not work, it just means that you are going to have to invest a lot more of your time into the workouts and a solid diet to achieve great results. Reducing body fat is about burning more calories than you consume. Anyone that is willing to put in the effort with a solid diet and consistent workouts using this program should in time achieve great results.
