Gymform Plus Review
 

The Gymform Plus falls under the same category as the Velform Sauna Belt, Ab Energizer and other electro-muscular abdominal exerciser products.  If you have read our reviews on the Velform Sauna Belt, Ab Energizer and others then you are all ready aware that we are not a fan of these types of exercisers.  Our biggest beef with these types of products is that they promise miraculous gains with minimum effort from you.  There is no such thing as a magic pill and any product that promotes great achievements with no effort from you is only giving you false promises.

Gymform and many of these other products promise that their exercisers can give you the body "of your dreams".  Many of the reviewers of these products feel that the muscles are stimulated from the exercisers but we have yet to see a review that implies that these exercisers will melt the fat away.  Burning fat is a combination of a well balanced diet and exercise program and no exercise machine alone is going to deliver extraordinary results. 

If you still want to try out the Gymform products then we recommend looking for a deal on Ebay.  Note that a lot of the reviewers we came across have had a hard time finding replacement pads but Ebay may be a solution for this as well.  However, if you are serious about losing weight and do not know where to begin then we encourage that you first learn more about how diet and exercise affect the body.  There is a great e-book called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle that is full of information that we help anyone learn how the can work towards the body of their dreams. .
