Cosar International DG-Door Gym Brief Description

Unlike traditional pull-up bars, the Door Gym gives you the ability to perform a variety of different chin-up, sit-up and stretching exercises. While the standard pull-up bar has only one way for you to do chin-ups, the Door Gym also includes close grip handles so that you can isolate the muscles in the middle back. The additional hand adjustments offered by this exercise equipment give you the ability to fully train all areas of your back and biceps. Another great benefit is that the Door Gym offers a lot more than the ability to do several different types of chin-ups. If you are looking for a good pushup and sit-up bar, all you have to do is simply relocate the Door Gym to the bottom of the frame. The Door Gym will support your feet for sit-ups and can also be used to workout the chest muscles as a pushup bar.

Other than the functionality of the Door Gym, a key benefit is that this exercise equipment can easily and quickly be added or removed from the door frame without the use of any screws. You can quickly setup this exercise equipment without damaging your door frame. So, if you do not need screws or bracket then how is this exercise equipment attached to the door frame? The unique design of the Door Gym has a curved arm that that hooks into the molding on the door frame. The Door Gym eliminates the need for screws by using your body weight to create a self-supporting beam to allow you to perform a variety of different pull-ups to workout your back, biceps and shoulders.

Note: The Door Gym is designed to fit residential (framed) doorways from 24" to 32" (up to 45" with the extensions). Support up to 300 lbs.

Our recommendations

If you are looking for a good chin-up bar then the Door Gym is the way to go. However, if you are looking for a good home gym then you Door Gym is not going to meet all of your needs. Although the triceps and shoulders are trained as secondary muscles with this product, you really don't get the same type of workout as you would with a good gym. In addition, there really isn't a way to train the legs either with this product. However, the Door Gym is a great piece of workout equipment to add to ones home gym and is recommended for anyone looking for a great chin-up, push-up and sit-up bar.  You can view the latest deals for the door gym in the following link: Cosar International DG-Door Gym
