If you are not familiar with the Bun and Thigh roller it is an exercise machine designed by former Mr. America Dean Tornabene that focuses on working out the lower back, glutes (buns) and the thigh muscles.  Before Dean would start his workouts, he use to warm-up on an exercise ball to stretch out his lower back, thighs and glutes.  Dean came up with the idea that if he could ad resistance to his pre-workout warm-ups that he could really sculpt his lower body.
 

How does it work?

One of the great aspects about the Bun and Thigh roller is that you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it.  The exercise machine is simply designed where you lay your back against a padded bench and roll backwards as if you were sitting in a rocking chair.  The unique design and the angle that you lay against the machine puts resistance on the "buns" and thighs as you execute the movement. The thigh and bun roller comes with two resistance bands that can be adjusted up to eight different resistance settings.  This is important because the machine really makes itself available from the beginner to the more advanced.

Most of the reviews that we have seen for the Bun and Thigh Roller are very positive however there are a few complaints out there that we feel should be pointed out. The biggest complaints that we have come across state that the exercise machine has a tendency to slide when you use it. Must reviewers advise that if you do purchase this machine that you also look into an exercise mat to keep it in place.  There are also those few that that feel that the Bun and Thigh Roller does not work but the consensus from the masses pretty much state that they can feel their glutes and thighs during the workout.  However, the point that needs to be made here is that this workout machine alone is not going to give most people the lean and lower body that they are looking for.   Unfortunately in the real world most of us have to also add a good diet and workout program to achieve our goals.

All in all we feel that the Bun and Thigh Roller delivers what is promised, a great workout for the lower body.  There are valid complaints that the exercise equipment slides across the floor during use so we recommend that if you are interested in this machine that you also look into some type of mat to sit it on.
