Brazil Butt
Lift Reviews
Product
description
Beachbody's Brazil Butt Lift is a unique
exercise program that has one thing on mind...your butt. Smirk if
you will but why shouldn't there be program that switches the main focus
from your “front side” to your “backside”? I am more than aware that there
are plenty of products available that help shape and firm the glutes but
most of them treat your posterior as a sidekick instead of the main
attraction. After all the abs, arms and legs have plenty of workouts
where they are the star of the show, isn't it time that someone moved your
butt to the center stage?

The Brazil Butt Lift workout program puts your posterior first by giving you the tools to not only slim down your backside but shape it as well. The key ingredient here is that this program works out the butt from a variety of angels. The buttocks after all are a complex machine that is made up of several different muscles. In order to effectively train and shape these muscles you have to hit them from an array of angles.
The creator and trainer of this program, Leandro Carvalho, uses a mixture of customized training techniques, cardio and dance to do just that. His workouts focus on all of the muscles that make up the butt. For example, one of the key techniques Leandro uses is called triangle training. In a nutshell, triangle training not only works the butt from a variety of different angles but also isolates it so that you avoid putting too much emphasis on other muscles such as the legs. The end result is a workout program that doesn't overdevelop secondary muscles, like the legs, while it also reduces excess fat and lifts and shapes the butt so that it looks good from every angle.

Customer
Reviews
There's a common theme with the Beachbody products in
that they always seem to be well received by their customers. After
all Beachbody continues to put out one great product after another and the
Brazil Butt Lift program is no exception to the rule. We have come across
a variety of different review sites where individual customers give this
program glowing reviews. You actually have to search hard for the
negative reviews since the positive ones heavily outweigh the bad.
Even sites like Amazon.com give this product almost a perfect rating with
around 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Probably the most consistent comment about this exercise program is that you feel the benefits right away. The workouts are not easy, they hit the glutes from a variety of different angles and as a result your glutes are going to get sore. Soreness is a good thing here as you will quickly discover first hand all the individual muscles that make up your glutes. Some reviewers have commented that their glutes still get sore even after using this program over a period of weeks.
Another one of the common themes found within the reviews is that these workouts are fun. The workouts use both dance and customized shaping techniques so that you have at your disposal a mixture of tools to help you get great looking glutes. The tools are unique, fun and a great way for both men and women to get into shape.
Final Comments
Overall, like many of
Beachbody's other programs, the Brazil Butt Lift is well worth considering
for anyone who wants or needs to firm up their backside. It is also
important to point out that although the main focus with this program is
the butt the rest of the body benefits as well. It's unrealistic to
get a great looking butt while the remainder of the body remains out of
shape. You may be able to develop the individual muscles of the butt,
without reducing body fat but once you start to burn the fat away the rest
of your body will benefit as well. Overall this program takes a
unique approach to working out and is a fun way to get into
shape.
