Product review:

About the Motor

The Bowflex Series 7 treadmill comes with a powerful 3.0 HP continuous duty motor.  The motor is backed by a 10-year warranty.

Cushioning and Treadmill Belt

The Bowflex Series 7 treadmill's uses the Strike Zone deck cushioning system to reduce impact on the joints and the lower back  The treadmill belt at 20" x 60" is a very good size accommodating even the taller users.

Workout Programs

The Bowflex Series 7 is loaded with a lot of great features including 15 preset workout programs.  The preset workout programs not only include the staple workouts such as manual, cardio, running and fat burn but also add two custom programs and a body mass index (BMI) test.  The treadmill also includes a grip and telemetric heart rate control.  The telemetric heart rate adjust the treadmill's speed automatically to your heart rate.

Warranty

The Bowflex Series 7 comes with a 10-year warranty on the motor, 15-years on the frame and a 1-year warranty for parts, electronics and labor.  The warranty is the weakest feature for this treadmill.  There are quite a few other treadmill brands in this same price class that are offering a lifetime warranty for the frame and the motor.

Conclusion

The Bowflex Series 7 treadmill is more than just an attractive machine, it is well priced and loaded with a lot of great features that one would expect to see on the more expensive models.  The reviews that we have seen surrounding this treadmill are very positive.  Most of the reviewers are more than impressed with the treadmill's power, stability and even how quiet the motor is.

Not only is this the top-of-the-line treadmill that Bowflex offers, it is the best treadmill that they manufacture.  It supersedes the Series 3 and Series 5 treadmills and is leaps and bounds a better purchase than the TreadClimber. Those looking for a good looking, featured rich and reasonably priced treadmill will not be disappointed with what the Series 7 has to offer.
