Does the Body Flex really work?
The Body Flex system promises miraculous
results with very little effort on your part. In “only minutes a day, while
sitting down” you supposedly can lose inches of fat in only a couple of
weeks. Well if that sounds too good to be true, it probably is because it
is.
I hate these types of programs and in my personal opinion they are nothing
but a scam. There really is not a magic pill or secret workout program to
losing weight. They key to weight loss is hard work using both a good diet
and exercise program. Any person or program that promises that you can burn
inches of fat away in only minutes a day without any physical exercise on
your part is selling you a fantasy. These types of programs will not work in
the long run. Although I do believe that there are real benefits to
breathing and stretching exercises, breathing and stretching alone will not
produce the amazing results that are promised by the Body Flex program.
I wish all it took to melt fat away was to breathe for 18 minutes a day
while sitting on the couch watching my favorite TV program but the truth is
that burning fat does not work that way. I personally have competed in
numerous bodybuilding shows and won several of them. The one thing that I
have learned from that experience is that burning fat is not easy. It takes
a great deal of hard work and a very good diet to produce extraordinary
results. I do believe that anyone can lose weight and get the body of their
dreams; however the Body Flex alone is not the program that is going to get
you there.
