Does the Body Flex really work?

The Body Burner is basically an exercise trampoline system that is designed to provide a high quality, fat burning cardio workout. If you are not familiar with trampolines, they provide excellent cardiovascular workouts while minimizing the amount of stress that is put on the ankles, knees and lower back. Trampolines also help improve sport performance, endurance, balance, coordination and your respiratory system. One of the unique features for the Body Burner is that it comes with tilting legs. The tilting legs allow you to tilt the exerciser in a variety of different ways to maximize your workout experience.
