Hanging Ab
Strap and Ab Slings

The Hanging Ab Slings (Ab straps) are a great
accessory that you can add to any gym, whether home or commercial. The
Ab Slings enable you to comfortably hang from an overhead bar while
securely supporting your body weight. You can then safely train the
middle, lower and side obliques (abdominal muscles) by performing various
leg lifts. There are two basic Hanging
Ab Strap Slings: the Standard and the Deluxe. The Deluxe Ab
Strap Sling cost around $25 to $30 more than the Standard Sling but is a
little larger and made of more durable material.

Wide polypropylene arm slings for comfort and support.
2" Wide web straps with side lock buckles. Lab tested
for strength. These straps will fit any chin-up bar or
horizontal support bar. For use in conjunction with a
standard chin up bar for greater ab and oblique
isolation when performing leg lifts. Hanging Ab Sling,
nylon supports with padded elbow sleeve pockets. Fits
most bars and machines.

Deluxe
Hanging Ab Strap Sling
Deluxe Hanging Ab Straps
- Nylon with foam padded arm slings 8" wide and 1/2"
thick for greater comfort and support. For use in
conjunction with a standard chin up bar for greater ab
and oblique isolation when performing leg lifts. Heavy
Duty Hanging Ab Sling, nylon supports with padded
elbow sleeve pockets. Oversized D-ring fits most bars
and machines.
