Ablounger Weakness

* Not as sturdy as the original ABLounge (the original is also a slightly bigger machine)
* Original AbLounge supports weight up to around 275 pounds (Ab Lounge 2 supports weight up to 250 pounds)
* When using the Ablounger, focus on not hyper extending the lower back.  This is not a major issue but you need to be careful not to overextend the lower back.

Conclusion

Crunches are great exercises for the abdominal muscles and the Ab Lounge 2 is a great crunching machine.  However, keep in mind with any abdominal machine that the machine alone will not give you great abs.  A good diet and cardio workout program should also be added to ab workout regime.
