Conclusion
Crunches are great exercises for the abdominal muscles and the Ab Lounge 2
is a great crunching machine. However, keep in mind with any abdominal
machine that the machine alone will not give you great abs. A good diet and
cardio workout program should also be added to ab workout regime.
