Unlike traditional ab workout machines the Ab King Pro executes a 200 degree range of motion.  Most traditional abdominal workout machines will allow you to use around a 90 degree range of motion.  The extra 20 degrees range of motion offered by this machine allows you to stretch the upper abdominal muscles and fully workout the upper, middle, lower abdominal muscles and outer obliques at one setting.

So what is the verdict on this thing?  Is it any good?

Now the reviews for the Ab King Pro are mixed and while some like it, other just plain out hate it.  Most of the negative comments that we have seen state that the machine does not work.  We believe that the machine does work the abdominal muscles but that some people may be mislead by the infomercial claims. 

The manufactures for the Ab King Pro claim that  "in just 3 minutes a day combined with regular exercise and a sensible diet you'll tighten your stomach and reduce the love handles in DAYS, not months."  What we do like about their statement is that they are informing the public that it also takes a good diet and exercise program to achieve desired results.  There is not such thing as a magic pill or machine that is going to melt fat away and at this point we feel that their statement is honest and straightforward with the consumer. 

The last part of their statement where they claim you can "reduce love handles in DAYS, not months" is a little misleading.  Most people that have lost weight have found that the love handles are usually the last noticeable thing to disappear from the midsection.  Although it is definitely possible to achieve results in a weeks time, it is unlikely that you are going to see ground shaking results like their claim implies.  This doesn't mean that functionality the machine is not any good, it just means that it is most likely going to take some time for you to see the kind of results that you expect. 

All in all we feel that the Ab King Pro is a good machine as long as you use it with a good diet and workout program.  Keep in mind, no matter what any product manufactures states, no ab machine alone is going to give you a sculpted midsection.
