Ab Flyer Reviews

Product description
The Ab Flyer uses a reverse arc range
of motion that targets lower, middle and upper abdominal muscles.
Your knees rest against a pad as you swing away and back towards your
torso. The knee pad also pivots to the left and right so that you can
include the outer obliques into your workout.
The Ab Flyer comes in two different models, a home edition and the pro version. The pro version offers a more durable frame along with other accessories such as the ability to add weights for additional resistance. The pro version is a little more expensive at about $40 more than the home model. The details for each model are broken down below:

Product review
The Ab Flyer is available at various sporting goods stores as well as other vendors on the web. I had an opportunity to try out this exerciser at one of my local sporting goods stores and from the first repetition I could feel the movement focusing on my lower abdominal muscles. However what I also noticed with this exerciser is that form is king. If you use too much momentum during the exercise you will not feel a thing except a little pressure on the lower back (which I can imagine would cause lower back pain over time). Proper form is important in any exercise that you do but with this exerciser I noticed a drastic difference between using good form and just flying through the motions (pun intended).
The exerciser was the most effective when I kept my pack straight and in controlled movements swung the swing away and back towards my torso. The muscles contract when the knees swing, or are pulled, towards the chest and for a little extra benefit I made sure that I exhaled during this movement. Exhaling during the contraction stage of an abdominal workout is a great way to work the stomach muscles even a little more.
Keep in mind that this is an abdominal exerciser and a good workout program, along with a healthy diet, is recommended for achieving great results. This is the case with any abdominal machine; anyone that believes otherwise is only kidding themselves. Abdominal exercise equipment is a tool and nothing more than that. If used in conjunction with a good workout and diet program you should then achieve great results.

Ab Flyer offers a 60-day money back guarantee!
How much does it
cost?
At the time of this review the Ab Flyer is offering a
30-day trial for only $14.95 plus $19.99 shipping and handling. If
you decide to keep this exerciser you will then be billed the remainder of
the cost for 4 monthly payments at $49.99 each (4 payments at $59.98 each
for the pro version).
Is
the Ab Flyer worth the high cost?
The $200 plus price tag
is a little steep for the benefits you get from this machine. The Ab
Flyer is however considerably cheaper than the $400 Ab Coaster which also
has a similar movement for its exercises. For those looking for an
alternative to traditional abdominal exercises, such as crunches and leg
raises, I would recommend trying to pickup this exercise under the $200
price bracket. Wal-Mart currently offers the Ab Flyer for around
$150 which is much cheaper than a lot of the other vendors I have seen on
the web. You can view the full details in the link below:
