Does Ab Flex machine work?
 

Brief Description

The Ab Flex is very similar product to the 6 Second Abs.  The Ab Flex machine offers six different exercises that apply direct resistance to the abdominal muscles.  If you are not familiar with 6 Second Abs, this exercise equipment works in the same fashion you place the exerciser against your abdominals as you crunch forward.  As your chest moves toward your thighs, in the crunching movement, the Ab Flex will provide resistance to the exercise thus allowing you to strengthen and develop the abdominal muscles.
 

Is the Ab Flex worth the money?

Unfortunately the reviews for this exercise equipment is similar to those reviews for 6 Second Abs.  While some people love this little exerciser, others hated and felt that it was a complete waste of money.  The problem with a lot of these types of products is that many of them imply that the machine alone will help you melt inches a fat away in a short amount of time.  The truth is that no exercise equipment is going to give those type of results.  Especially ones that only require three minutes of use a day.  The key to having great looking abs is to burn the fat away form the midsection and the best way to do that is through a good diet and exercise routine.  Three minutes a day is not an adequate amount of time for a good exercise program.

Although we feel that the Ab Flex will help you strengthen and develop your abdominal muscles, the exerciser alone will not give you a midsection that looks like the models in the magazines.  Also if you compare the AbFlex to other abdominal equipment that performs similar functions, the Ab Scissor is a much higher quality machine.  However, the Ab Scissor also comes at a greater cost.  For this type of exercise we recommend the Ab Scissor, but if it is out of your budget then we recommend picking up an Ab Flex on eBay.  Just keep in mind that this product alone will not create a washboard stomach with including a good diet and workout program to your training.
