Ab Energizer Review

If you have read our review on Fast Abs, the Ab Energizer is pretty much the same type of product.  Just like the Fast Abs belt, the Ab Energizer is a belt that uses Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS).  EMS sends out electrical currents into the body that causes the muscles to contract.  The problem with many of these types of ab belt manufactures is that they claim their product will help you lose inches of fat around your waist in a short amount of time with very little involvement from you.

In mid 2002 the FTC filed complaints against the Ab Energizer and its similar counterparts, Fast Abs and Abtronic, on grounds that the products did not deliver what they promised.  A little over a year later a $5 Million settlement for the lawsuit would be agreed between the FTC and these products manufactures.  The bottom line is that the Ab Energizer and counterparts falsely advertised the results that their product could actually deliver.

As we have said before is that if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.  Acquiring great look abs requires hard work and working out on an abdominal machine alone will not help you accomplish your goals.  You need to add a good diet and workout program to achieve the results that you are looking for.  Also, keep in mind that it takes time to accomplish your weight loss goals and any product that promises overnight success should not be trusted.

If you are at a complete loss when it comes to dieting then I recommend you check out the following site:  http://www.increase-metabolism.power-of-knowledge.com.  This site contains some dieting and workout tips to help you get started on your goals.  However, keep in mind that everyone is unique and you should always consult with your doctor before starting any workout program.
