The Ab Away Pro is a pretty popular abdominal exerciser and for good reasons.  One of the key advantages for the Ab Away Pro is that the back support not only supports your body but it also helps you maintain perfect form during the workout.  Abdominal machines with this type of design, that do not include a back support, usually put an additional strain on the users back and neck.  The additional support makes the exercise more comfortable and increases your chances for continuing to use it.

Another great feature is that the incline levels for the Ab Away Pro's can be adjusted for beginner, intermediate and advanced users.  This is an important feature because a lot of the ab machines out there are just too easy for advanced users or too difficult for those that are just starting a workout program.  If you are just starting with your workout program, you want to feel comfortable that you will be able to use the exercise equipment over a long period of time.
