8 Minute Abs/Arms/Buns/Legs-2pkThe reviews are out and 8 Minute Abs is a winner.  8 Minute Abs video gives an intense abdominal workout in a very short amount of time.  The 8 Minute Abs training videos and DVD have been around since the 90's and the series has grown with workouts for the arms, buns and legs.  Whether you are just starting out or a veteran the 8 minute ab videos are a great resource for all levels of experience.

Jamie Brenkus will take you through eight minutes of a solid ab workout using a variety of different techniques to hit your abs at all angles.  The real gem is that you go at your own pace, so if you are a beginner you simply go at a pace the is comfortable for you.  As you become more advance, you will want to increase your pace for a more grueling workout.

The 8 Minute Arms, Buns, and Legs are good workouts for beginners but in the long-term we feel that either a home or professional gym environment will give you better results in these areas.  The Ab workout however is universal no matter what your experience is.
 

A word about developing great looking abs

Ab workouts alone are not going to deliver the flat and sculpted midsection that so many covet.  Ab workouts, like 8 Minutes Abs, are a tool that will help you achieve great looking abs but by all means are not the only thing you need to do the reach your desired results.  The ab workouts and ab machines help you develop and strengthen the abdominal muscles but it takes a good diet and workout program to burn away the fat.  When we say "workout program" we are referring to both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.  Anaerobic exercises, like lifting weights, helps you develop lean muscle.  The more lean muscle you have the more calories that you burn.  Anaerobic exercises, also referred as cardio, really burn fat when executed properly.  If your dream is to have great looking abs then you will put yourself in a win-win situation when you add a good ab training program on top of a solid diet and workout foundation.
